Privacy notice
Chronowright stores only the character you choose to publish. No cookies, no account ids, no cross-site tracking, only aggregated cookieless page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics; your IP address is kept only as a salted hash, for at most 48 hours.

What we process
We publish only what you send from the helper after reviewing its preview: the character name and its build (gear, skills, passives, idols, blessings, stats), as well as the loot filter display name, the helper version, the export and read times, the guide profile and stage, and the helper's notes about the read (without file paths). We collect no account identifiers, no machine data and no file paths.
The edit token your helper receives is stored only as a sha256 hash. To prevent abuse we keep a salted hash of your IP address (without the secret salt the address cannot be recovered from it) and delete it within 48 hours of the last request. The IP address itself is never stored.
Purpose and legal basis
Showing the character you publish, at your request: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service you ask for).
Protecting the service against spam and abuse (rate limits): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).
Visibility
By default a character page is reachable by its link only and is not indexed by search engines. It appears in the public list only when you choose "public".
Retention
A published character is kept until you delete it from the helper or we remove it. Deletion erases the content for good; only the link id and technical metadata (dates) remain so the id is never reused for someone else. IP hashes: deleted within 48 hours of the last request.
Recipients
The service runs on hosting providers acting as processors: Vercel Inc. (application) and Neon (database). They may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. The hosting provider may keep technical request logs for a short time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification (publish an update from the helper), erasure (delete from the helper, or write to us), restriction, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
If you lose your edit token (for example after reinstalling Windows), write to privacy@hardhatunicorns.com with the link to the character page.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view statistics. It does not use third-party cookies and does no cross-site tracking: it does not collect identifiers that follow you across other websites or applications.
Visitors are told apart only by a hash created from the incoming request, and nothing links your visits across sites. With each page view Vercel may store the time, the page URL (for a character page that is its address, /c/<id>), the referrer, the approximate location (country, region, city), the operating system, the browser and the device type. We use the data only as aggregated statistics and cannot identify you from it.
The data is processed by Vercel Inc. as our processor (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used).
